A Home Built for Generations — A Legacy You Can Now Carry Forward
This is not just a home —
it is a hand-curated legacy, born from devotion,
built with the rarest materials,
and finished by the hands of America’s finest artisans.
Set on 189 acres of pristine land — so untouched, it was once described as near-organic —
this estate offers more than sanctuary.
It offers sovereignty.
The original owners spent years on a personal quest,
traveling coast to coast in search of true craftsmanship.
When they discovered North American Log Crafters —
the masters of Scandinavian full-scribe log construction —
they knew they had found something timeless.
Every log, every joinery cut, every interior finish
was placed with precision and purpose.
At the heart of the estate is a 7,045 sq ft custom log home,
wrapped in an acid-washed copper roof.
Every interior detail was built for the room it sits in —
not from catalogs, but from vision.
From Deer Creek Pottery tiles
to the LaCornue Range hand-forged in France —
this home was curated, not just built.
The ironwork was custom-forged by Kevin Johnson’s Iron Studio in Tennessee —
a nationally renowned craftsman whose work is reserved for elite resorts and private estates.
His pieces are no longer commissioned, making this home one of the last to feature his work.
But what sets this estate apart most is the story it tells.
The owners discovered a bear carving on vacation in Jackson Hole
— and tracked down the artisan, Jonathan the Bear Man.
They flew him in to carve for 3.5 weeks,
resulting in a living sculpture:
38 hand-carved bears,
3 raccoons,
a chipmunk,
and one life-sized Alaskan Monarch moose.
These carvings were embedded into the beams and columns of the home.
This isn’t décor — this is Smithsonian-level craftsmanship, built into the structure itself.
And it doesn’t stop there.
The land features:
• A 10,000 sq ft horse arena with custom stalls
• Two additional homes for ranch hands, guests, or multigenerational living
• Direct access to the Little Miami River — launch a canoe or kayak from your own backyard
This property was never meant to be sold.
It was built as a forever home — a spiritual retreat for family gatherings, holidays, and generational memories.
Tragically, the husband passed away just three weeks before it was completed.
But everything you see today was selected by him and his wife, together.
This was his dream.
And now, it can become yours.
You are not bidding on a house.
You are bidding on a legacy that cannot be replicated —
from the artisans, to the vision, to the soil itself.
This is one-of-one.
